I wont be sure until I get a phone call to say I am being charged, I called today and was told Hopefully Thursday or Friday the way things are going my bet is on next week still. I did have Superman Returns today so I was slightly pleased by this as I am a massive superman fan.

Oveseas burying is fine.  If your seller is in the US, you can ask them if you can pay $5.25 USD to have it shipped Global Priority.  I think it is the fastest way from US to overseas.  Insurance will cost you more though.

Global Priority is not something that can be insured Sad  Registered AirMail only covers something like US $43.00 insurance Sad  Insured Parcel Post takes flipping FOREVER to arrive and is somewhere around US $20 with insurance coverage.  PLUS there's zero guarantee that customs won't hold up your package Sad
