I arranged to go get my cases from cards inc today
I rang to check they were in and got a really rude lady telling me that I couldn't pick them up so I told her I had arranged to and she said well if you have been told you can I suppose you can then.
I headed off to cards inc and was running a little late so we called them only to be told they had been sent out, so we just had to turn round and go home
I am seriously annoyed with them
what terrible customer service

It sounds to me like Cards Inc are getting a serious amount of heat over this set Chris and quite rightly so too. That's inexcusable for you to be treated so rudely and I only hope you hadn't travelled too far from home before turning back!  Fingers crossed they haven't sent them by second class ...  |

This would never have happend if Annie was still working there If you look at their web site it gives you the impression they should be called Memorabilia Inc.(cards a sideline)  |

actually I was almost there we got stuck in M25 traffic and were just about at Watford when we rang
I had been ringing them all week and had arranged to go on the day they came in. So what they thought they were doing I don't know but apparently some other dealers were told they could not pick them up

Maybe Cards Inc didn't want some dealers picking tyhem up and others not, so if they send them all out everyone gets them the same day

I just talked to them and they are now making it policy that no one picks up anything due to them being short staffed

Well 6 0f the 8 sales team appear to be new there are only 2 names that I recognise.
and they have not received any of the incentives yet either

well I got my cases today and I have sent out half already but ran out of time at the post office so the rest will go out in the morning

Well it is good news the cards are now in circulation. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Artbox and Cards Inc for destroying every ounce of my excitement over this release - great job, really makes me look forward to the next set of cards you release.
