It means a lot to hear how much our work is appreciated. While I wish I could've painted every card like this latest aftermarket, my schedule just wouldn't allow. This will be available shortly on Ebay. I'll post a link. I hope it finds a good home:) Thanks for all the kind words everyone!  CC ( CC, I hope you can stand some more kind words..  ) My sweetheart picked out a box of Evolution for me at the Philly show this weekend(I usually strike out when I pick my own boxes). Anyway, the last sketch I pulled was a masterpiece of Galadriel(The character I most wanted!) drawn by Cynthia Cummens. The detail is astonishing. I hope to post a photo in the next couple of days. Still in the clouds after getting this card!!! |

OK, I'm half  and half . I did get two sketch cards in my box. One of them I'm very fond of, one of them I'm considering ripping it up and sending it back to Topps. I have no idea what it is. Perhaps someone could shed some light on the first card. I've left the photo large so everyone can see this card in its neverending glory...  Well, I've taken a chance and sent this back to Topps. I told them that art is subjective, and I don't expect a masterpiece, but I really felt that this card was lacking. Yes, I realize it's a 'sketch', but I should at least be able to identify the picture. |

Eve: You have joined the very exclusive Uruk Helmet Club along with just about everyone else here on The Shack and an untold number of other lucky individuals worldwide!! The Artist is Paul Gutierrez and he did 1006 sketch cards - maybe he made 1000 of these babies and has 6 others returned to him from Topps for his own use! I just cannot wait to hear the response back from Topps for returning this sketch card Eve!!  |
