hi all i was the ebayer that stupidly thought i got a bargain with the HP Hermoine auto card.
I paid for this by paypal echeque then when it cleared he refunded the money and said he no longer had the card
I emailed him and told him i was not happy with this and that i would be reporting it to ebay, i also left the appropriate feedback.
He then left me nothing short of abusive negative feedback and warned others not to trust me
I wonder who other ebayers will believe

i see this seller is still selling the LOTR cards, i wonder how many of each of these he has

I just don't see the point in what he's doing! If he's not prepared to sell the cards then why is he racking up huge ebay bills??

i think he ends his auctions early if they do not meet his prices.
why not just set a reserve
he may also be ending the auctions if he gets a better offer elsewhere
 .
only he really knows what he is doing

The odd thing is that he offered FTY (and many other buyers) second chance offers on their cards, so it's not just that the auctions ended lower than expected!

HI and welcome to the forum Hagrid! I see that you as well as I were caught in this guy's web of deceit But at least you got your money back, that is one thing I did not end up paying him as I thought it was very suspect that he had 6 Elrond autos spare and was selling them for so cheaply and offering buyers a refund as well as the card to keep if they were not happy.

Quite right too - no matter how tempting the auto sets  

Anyway - the best thing to do now if you aren't sure about a seller is to ask on here if anyone's dealt with them - you'll be surprised how small a world the sellers of HP stuff is!

.. Hmm either that or we all buy too much  

Or ask if someone on here has a spare although I don't believe there are a lot of Hermione's hanging around on this board up for trade at the moment - plenty of sealed boxes but that's a dicy game to play!

i see my favourite seller is at it again ending an Alias Jennifer Garner auction days early all because it looked like he was not going to get the money he wanted.
meanwhile i await his arrival in my town to "see me"

Do let us know when he's been to *visit* and the state he's in when he's left!  

From all the trouble and ill-feeling he's causing at present, then I think I'll be giving his future auctions very careful scrutiny and a really wide berth!
