I've been having problems with several eBay sellers and I'm unsure what to do about them.  Over the past month, I've received cards from four sellers who don't know how to properly pack cards for shipment.  Today, I received two cards from one seller.  They were mailed in a Priority Mail envelope, wrapped in tissue paper without toploaders or even cardboard.  Yesterday, I got a filmcard that was in a sleeve and toploader, but was mailed in a regular envelope.

The cards are fine, so I don't want to leave a negative.  Should I leave positive feedback with a comment about how the cards were shipped?  Or, should I contact all four sellers and express my dissatisfaction about the poor packaging?

If i get something thats not packed properly, I usually email them; I politely point out that in future, the item should be packaged in such and such a manner. Ive never had any negative response...so maybe give that a go?

I'd email them about the packaging.  I'd also consider just not leaving feedback at all.  I personally don't feel they deserve a positive, but neutral or negative isn't really justified since they arrived safely.

Now if a seller blows you off or just doesn't care about the packaging then I'd rethink leaving appropriate feedback & mention the packaging...

Leave neutral feedback, and on the shipping 'stars' leave a lower amount. Mention that the packaging wasn't as protective as it could have been, but that it got there quickly, or they were nice, etc... whatever else applied that was good. Smiley
