Chico - I've only just seen this. First off, a lot of sellers do re-send. Thanx to problems with %^&%^$% Royal Mail, I'm currently waiting on a Simpsons Season 4 boxset which got "lost". I've had several refunds and re-sends over the years.

Secondly, Royal Mail, Parcelforce and HM Customs are the most useless bunch of numpties I know of. I get so many signed for packages that have been signed by the postie, you wouldn't believe  Shocked I rang parcelforce to complain last week - I was sat on the pc in full view of the deliveryman last week. The so and so waved to me!! The label was gone, so I rang Parcelfarce. The nice lady I spoke to was less than interested  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

As for HM Customs - I'm sure I've posted here before. Inconsistency is the key word here. Ole Prudence Brown should get down there and kick some butts - the treasury are losing a mint.

BUT news reaches me that they did Wayne Rooneys' GF for several £K over the weekend. Seems they were waiting for her and a lot of New York shopping  Cheesy Grin There is some justice in the world!!

The time has come to give up on the "Package From Hell". It was returned to the UK and seems to have vanished there (sitting on a shelf in the Royal Mail) I requested a refund from the seller (last night) and I am awaiting a response. Everything was insured and paid for.

If insured and Royal mail admit the loss the seller should provide an immediate refund. Well in an ideal world  Grin

I just heard back yesterday (the 2nd), that the seller would be submitting a claim and would let me know. Patiently waiting.

Final Instalment:  This problem was never resolved as the seller, Mr. Richard Wheat, does not respond to emails. I guess that I was just too nice and too trusting. Lesson learned.
