Wow, Everyone has had great pulls! Guess the quad card remains elusive. I sure hope someone in here pulls it!

Don't be disappointed with that. Artbox did it as a redemption to prevent the cards from potentially getting ruined if they were inserted in packs.

IT IS AWESOME!!! So much better than I ever imagined...artbox have done extremely well with this one!
Do you think the swatches are real?? Why bother putting the actual swatches in a redemption...seems like a waste of material to me!

I'm glad you said something, because I was diappointed initially. So, does the redemption have pieces of costume as well? By the way, your two boxes were great! Was the Barty Crouch auto of Sr. or Jr.?

Whoever wins this will need Artbox's new mailing address too - the old address is on the back of the redemption and it wouldn't be wise to send it there in the hope it gets forwarded to their new location! Thomas - that's a very valid point you raise there. It was bad enough with the Ron redemption, but this takes it to another level knowing how expensive it's likely to be and the costs involved to get it redeemed safely!

That's it, the Ron was hard (expensive) enough, but now, a new level ... I can't imagine that i'll buy a Quad Redemption, i'll have to wait for the real cards.

Posting it would be a nightmare...imagine if it got lost or damaged u would be devastated!! Especially if you live so far out from Artbox, the risk would be even greater too But its still a beautiful card...I would not knock one back if it was in my box!!

I hope we see the actual card soon. I know it'll look so much better I agree, theres a better chance the mail would damage it then being squeezed tight into a pack of cards and then closed up in a box and case. Why couldn't they put in one of those brown envelopes like they did for the Devils Snare

actually what's more dissapointing, is if one of them hasn't signed, you've shelled out $1k plus for a redemption card. Too many risks involved with this redemption crap. I am go tired of it. Inkworks is worse about this. No idea how artbox fares.

The redemption is just a picture. Yeah, I was pretty happy with my boxes! The auto was Crouch Sr. The only thing difficult is that my 6 year old daughter opened one of the boxes with me and when we opened the last pack with the Malfoy costume, she burst into tears because she wanted a Hermione Yule Ball dress. She ran off to her room and sobbed for quite a while and was very angry that "they" (Artbox) didn't give us one.

Artbox told me at the show that this would be a redemption, as they didn't want the risk of it getting damamged since they are not a lot of them. They wouldn't give me a number though. Mike, that is exactly what the card will look like, but with the 4 autos on it. I saw an unsigned card at the show

And it couldn't have been a Harry or Fleur or Cho Yule Ball costume to maybe help ease not getting Hermione--instead it was that "vile and cruel" (as Harry says) Lucious Malfoy. Personally, I think it is a great pull and am hoping for one myself--I think he is a superb actor and embodies the role perfectly.

She's much better now, but you know I'll be looking two of the Hermione cards, one for her and one for me. She also wants the McGonagall and Cho costumes. You're right that the clincher was the Malfoy costume -- anyone other than him, and I think my daughter would have been fine. What can you do? I explained to her that trading card boxes are like Happy Meals. You can't choose what toy you get.

I love the look of the Quad card! Great job by Artbox Although given the way they send redemptions, I am very nervous about how people will receive their Qud cards...

Nope, not in the UK you can't Thomas! You get asked whether the meal is for a boy or a girl but the toys are already placed in the boxes, the server just picks one off the pile and loads the food into it. That said, you can take the toy back to the serving counter or give it one of the helpers who tidy round and ask them if they'd exchange it for another toy for you. They're usually pretty good about it and will try their best with what you want, but initially you don't get the choice. ~*~ I think we're ALL rather worried about how these cards will cope in the post and it's all very well asking Artbox to insure it to send the redeemed auto back to you, but I know for a fact if I did that then I'd get totally flattened by the Customs people here when it arrived back in the UK. :'( I hate to be so down about it as I really like the look of this card, but I do wish the card companies gave more thought about how collectors who live outside the USA will redeem their cards.

Since they knew it was going to be a redemption all along, it would have bee sweet if they would have made it a bigger card so that they could fit more costume, and have more room for sigs. I guess if you people overseas had someone that you REALLY trusted here, they could redeem it and send it a lot more securely to you than artbox might, but I agree, I would much rather have it not be a redemption.
