O bum!

I was only thinking that it would be better to have any money in your Paypal account transferred to your own bank account, rather than Paypal freezing whatever you had in your Paypal account till they got it sorted that's all.

Jackie - I'm not surprised you're hopping mad about that chargeback especially after providing proof the card had been sent and received and feedback left for it - I'd be furious!!

We're back to the same thing again aren't we - the unconfirmed address situation?
I've just had a seller quiz me about my home address and whether it's confirmed or not cos they wouldn't accept payment through Paypal unless it was and I do understand why they were being so particular about wanting to know.
I explained to him that as far as I knew Paypal will
only confirm US addresses ... non-US addresses aren't covered but ... because I've received payments AND have a credit card on file with my Paypal account, my address shows on my Paypal account as being confirmed.
Is this something new Paypal have introduced in response to this or have they been confirming non-US addresses for some time does anyone know?
