The character that is leaving the show is Dr. Carson Beckett (Paul McGillion) Nooooo :'(. I think he is a great character, if a little underused. I had thought it was going to be Taylor - you know a woman replacing a woman. It will be a real shame if he leaves, I am sure there are still lots of stories to be told about him :'(

I was upset also when I found out it was this character because he is one of my favorites I wouldn't have minded losing Dr.Weir or Ronon myself because neither of them do anything for me. I am just really really really grateful that it wasn't David Hewlett leaving This show has got to stop taking people away and adding new people because it is getting a bit redicoulous

I really wouldn't mind if they were all wiped out except Rodney and Carson and replaced with SG1 I actually don't mind Sheppard, I love when Rodney and him banter back and forth with each other. They can get quite funny at times The only times I do mind Sheppard is when he is being mean to poor Rodney, for example the lemon scene in "The Pegasus Project". I am okay with Teyla also but Ronon is just their for me so I could really just take him or leave him...preferably at this point leave him even after seeing "Setada" Weir has her moments when she gets on my nerves but she also has her moments when I just don't notice she's their The only person I wouldn't mind seeing on Atlantis from SG1 would be Daniel Jackson but instead we are possibly getting Sam Carter for season 4. I really would prefer they keep her as far away from Atlantis as possible because I can't stand how they make Rodney McKay with her around, plus she will be the one that is always right anymore and McKay will become the idiot hanging on Carter's coattails *crossing fingers that doesn't happen*. Spoiler : : : : : : I will miss Carson because next to enjoying watching McKay and Sheppard interact my other favorite interactions are between McKay and Beckett.

Guess who has seen The Quest part II? Oooo that would be me Just as a warning Wendi I am no where near as good at reviews as you are so if I am giving too much away (or not enough ) let me know. Well, what can I say ............... it was fantastic There are plenty of Vala / Daniel moments - one really sweet bit where he torches her face ... ahhhh. This episode has probably the cleverest use of the Stargate ever but Sam acts like a complete idiot. I so want to tell you why I think she is a plonker but I can't . But Baal is perfect. I have never wanted a baddie to join SG1 as much as I want him to join Some things are answered and the story moves on a tiny bit but loads more questions have been posed, such as are the ancients really all seeing and how powerful are the Ori. I am also starting to think the line between who is good and who is bad is not as clear cut as we first thought. Anyway hopefully Boggy will add his two penneth later. Just need to see Atlantis now Oh did I miss the part where I say poor Daniel :'( :'(

I can't believe that I have to wait until April to see the rest of the season of SG1 and Atlantis :'( Guess who has seen The Quest part II? Oooo that would be me I am excited just to see the Daniel/Vala moments, I love those two together and their scenes are always fun to watch. He touches her face...AAAAAHHHHH!!!!! SWEET!!!! I never really cared for Baal and I kind of found him really annoying in the last few episodes he was in so I will just have to wait and see if this episode changes my mind on him Sam as a complete idiot...big surprise their No really if you can explain then please tell me what she does that makes her even more annoying then she usually is please POOR DANIEL ..You just can't end it at poor Daniel. More tell me more I am begging you please,please,please...Yes to find out more I can grovel Anyway hopefully Boggy will add his two penneth later. I look forward to hearing what he has to say about the episode Thanks for this and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on Atlantis along with answering some of my questions above

SPOILERS - very cryptic spoilers but - SPOILERSNo really if you can explain then please tell me what she does that makes her even more annoying then she usually is please
OK I won't give too much away but .... Sam has to work with Baal to alter a dialing device. As usual she is the know it all that finds out exactly what to do except....... she can't do it so Baal has to help . The reason she is a plonker is that she is so wrapped up in how to disable the thing that I can't tell you about (really it would spoil it) she forgets that once she disables it the baddies will find them . Yes it will mean that they can get home but they have to remain where they are for a while for Daniel to do what Daniel needs to do. Which leads me onto poor Daniel :'( Are you ready for this .... he dies . No only kidding . He actually looks into an Ancient information thingy. You know like the one that Jack looked into and it nearly killed him. Well this is slightly different but it has been left that his life is in jeopardy, and not the good sort of jeopardy where you can take history for $500 I still haven't seen Atlantis but as Arnie would say I'll be back

Which leads me onto poor Daniel I will have to watch it then just to see what you mean and also because I really want to see this episode This sounds like the writers finally gave us a great mid season finale for both parts unlike the last few years with one part being amazing and the other part being a major let down. I am so excited to see this...How many more months until April If it wasn't for the distraction of the season 9 cards and Season 2 of Atlantis coming out on DVD I would go nuts from Stargate withdrawel Are you ready for this .... he dies Been their, done that , the writers learned (I hope) never to do that again No only kidding. HA!HA! Very funny Like I said the writers know better then to pull that again He actually looks into an Ancient information thingy. You know like the one that Jack looked into and it nearly killed him. Well this is slightly different but it has been left that his life is in jeopardy, and not the good sort of jeopardy where you can take history for $500 That sounds great and I am really looking forward to seeing this with each spoiler I read I would have preferred if it was Daniel that put his head in the Ancient device in "The Lost City" so it's nice to know he does it on this one and no one else does it. I personally think that O'Neill got a lot of stuff happening to him that should have happened to the other members just because he was listed as the main star of the show, thank goodness those days are over I still haven't seen Atlantis but as Arnie would say I'll be back I will be on the look out for your review I found out some interesting news for David Hewlett fans out their like me He is set to write a Half hour comedy series for Sci Fi called "Starcrossed". It is supposed to be about the life behind the camara of a long running space soap opera called "Starcrossed". I think this is funny because I really want to see the movie that David wrote and directed called "A Dog's Breakfast" which also has a space soap opera called "Starcrossed" in it. I can't wait to see what he comes up with

I'm so sorry this has taken so long but here are the votes from the English jury on Atlantis Part II (if you have never seen the Eurovision Song Contest that last comment will look extremely strange ). First thing - this episode was very, very good. Better than Stargate in fact It starts where the other one finished with Shepard and the crew disobeying Landry and going to rescue Jack and Woolsey. He revokes their Stargate ID's and tells the ship going to destroy Atlantis the mission is still on (sorry I can't think of it's name, it's not the Prometheus ..... ooo can't remember). Anyway Rodney has a cunning plan to use a certain replicator they jettisoned into space to send a signal to the others to destroy them. Needless to say this doesn't work (for various reasons - well you need some surprises ) Rodney is perfect in this episode and Carson is sorely under used, so no change there then. I even sort of started liking Jack again, although I really couldn't see him coming back in either series as a regular. And I know that Ronan isn't your favourite character but he has some absolutely fabulous lines in this one . You will like him! Now for the bit you are going to hate me for. I can't go into detail on this episode . I can tell you that they retake Atlantis and all the regulars get pardons courtesy of O'Neill. but any more and the episode would be ruined. In fact at one point they do a rewind sequence a la HP Time Turner to explain what just happened, it's that intriguing. One line I will tell you which irritated me intensely . When Jack finds out who the rescue squad is he is less than impressed. Once they are all safe and he is about to go home he turns to Elizabeth and says something like ' next time (there is a rescue) bring Carter'. This is obviously a set up for her moving to Atlantis . If she does it will be the end of Rodney as we know him :'(

Double post but a new episode Stargate - Line in the Sand I will start off as I mean to go on. I hated it, I hated it, I hated it This episode bore no relationship to the last episode, so much so in fact I checked to see if they had missed an episode. Everything that went on in the Quest Part II has been brushed under the carpet and forgotten. They have conveniently altered the story in order to make this episode understandable Right deep breathes, count to ten . At the end of the The Quest Daniel had poked his head in an Ancient device in order too see how to make Merlin's weapon (if I am given too much away, sorry). This particular device not only showed him the blueprints but actually made the weapon. Remember I said Daniel was left in peril, well that was because the device is not good for humans but also because Adria invaded the planet and kidnapped him before he could finish the weapon. SG1 left Daniel and the unfinished weapon behind. Fast forward to Line in the Sand and all of that is forgotten. Sam has the unfinished weapon (how she obtained this is a mystery) and without the knowledge of the Ancients has worked out how to use it (and presumably finish it). The fact she had none of the blueprints, tools or materials to do this is a mere technicality. And what of poor Daniel? Cam doesn't mention 'loosing' him until three quarters of the way through the episode True the device doesn't work properly and this leads to Vala being kidnapped by her ex husband Tomin who is told he must convert her as a punishment. In fact she manages to put a seed of doubt in his mind and he releases her. If, and it is a big if, they don't kill him SG1 now has a man on the inside. The one shining moment is when Sam is shot and it seems she may not survive . Oops I should have clicked :'( :'( . But as usual where one staff blast can wipe out whole battalions of extras, Cam manages to patch Sam up and save her life. This was probably not as bad as I am making out but how can you have so many continuity errors in consecutive episodes Lets hope the next Atlantis is better

If she does it will be the end of Rodney as we know him Before I respond to this I just want to say that I really want to see this episode with your review Now on to this comment, I have heard about him saying this line in another forum and I didn't want to believe it. I am so mad at the writer for even putting that line in It doesn't only undermine Rodney's character but the whole Atlantis team because it makes it sound like they can't do nothing without the little miss national treasure (as O'Neill once called her in "Lost City", made me want to barf then and it still makes me want to puke ). I am not happy about her move to Atlantis especially with some more stuff I have learned that is going to happen in season 4 :'( SPOILERS Season 4 Atlantis ahead; : : : : : : : According to the news not only are we losing Carson but now Weir is scheduled to be a recurring character, with so far I heard only 4 scheduled appearances in season 4. While I am not a big fan of Weir I am still worried about all these changes happening with Atlantis's upcoming season. I am particularly worried about the new showrunners because they are the writers with the major crush on Amanda Tapping/ Sam Carter which also does not bode well at all for season 4. I do know this much however when Rodney/Hewlett is gone then so am I because although I do love Atlantis IMHO he is the main draw for me. I am losing Carson who I loved so McKay is all that is really left for me. I really want Atlantis to make it to their 100th episode but with all these changes we may never see a season 5 :'(Now onto Line in the Sand comments- I guess that is par for course for these writers. I have come to accept that if something happens to Daniel especially since season 4 then it will only be brought back up again when it is time for him to come back on the show. If it doesn't happen to Sam then it isn'y important yet at least that's what I have come to realize since season 4 of SG1. Fast forward to Line in the Sand and all of that is forgotten. Sam has the unfinished weapon (how she obtained this is a mystery) and without the knowledge of the Ancients has worked out how to use it (and presumably finish it). The fact she had none of the blueprints, tools or materials to do I should have known because after all Sam is all knowing on anything and everything so why couldn't she figure this one out. After all she performed an autopsy in an episode even though she isn't that kind of doctor, she told everyone what the Broca Divide was even though that should have been Daniel's line since he is the archeoligist of the group, and again she is the so called National Treasure of the earth The one shining moment is when Sam is shot and it seems she may not survive . Oops I should have clicked . But as usual where one staff blast can wipe out whole battalions of extras, Cam manages to patch Sam up and save her life The only shining moment that would have been for me was if they would have just killed her I am sorry I am just not being very Sam friendly at the moment because of her being in 14 episodes of SGA I am afraid that Rodney will become the comic relief for Sam and that she will outshine with her brilliance. I am also afraid for Zelenka because I just love the little guy especially when he and McKay do scenes together. Thanks again for these great reviews whether they be in the form of bad or good news about the show because I always liked to be warned. Spoilers are my friend I do have some more news about SG1's upcoming 2 direct to DVD movies if you are interested. Just let me know and I will come back and tell you I also kow the episode title where we lose a certain member of the team for SGA if you want to know to be warned

Have to say that I was bored with line in the sand except that is for Varla and yes I to was hopeing that Sam was doomed If they start to mess to much with Atlantis I will just stop watching and confine myself to Battlestar Gallactica Wendi let us know anything that you have heard Another one who gets the episodes before me I have three whole months yet to wait for my chance to see them. I tried to watch "Battlestar Galactica" several times but it just gets to dark and depressing plus some of the characters just get on my nerves. I guess I will just have to hope that if they make a third series of Stargate that maybe they will bring Daniel and Vala onboard to lead the show, a girl can dream At least I will finally be able to watch Stargate Atlantis season 2 on DVD March 6th. I can't wait to hear the commentaries and see the extra's which will consist of the following if anyone is interested like me Stargate Atlantis season 2 DVD's release date March 6th for US (I think UK already has it released ) Commentaries for all the episodes Mission Directive: "The Siege: Part 3" with Director Martin Wood Mission Directive: "The Intruder" with Director Peter DeLuise Mission Directive: "Instinct" with Director Andy Mikita Introduction to a Character: Ronan Dex Stargate Atlantis: Stunts Profile On: Paul McGillion Profile On: David Hewlett (I am soooo excited to see this one ) Photo Galleries Production Design Galleries As for the SG1 direct to DVD movies:The first made for DVD movie is titled "Stargate: The Ark of Truth" SG-1 searches for an Ancient artifact which they hope can defeat the armies of the Ori. They also learn that more Ori ships are about to be sent through the Supergate to launch a final assault on Earth. Daniel discovers that the artifact, the Ark of Truth, may be in the Ori home galaxy so SG-1 embarks aboard the Odyssey to try and find it to stop the attack. However, the I.O.A. has plans of their own and SG-1 ends up in a distant galaxy fighting two powerful enemies. The second made for DVD movie is titled "Stargate: Continuum" While SG-1 attends the execution of Baal, Teal'c and Vala inexplicably disappear into thin air. Carter, Daniel and Mitchell race back to a world where history has been changed and the Stargate program has been erased from the timeline. As they try to convince the authorities about what has happened, a fleet of Goa'uld motherships arrives in orbit. The Goa'uld onboard is Baal along with his queen, Katesh (Vala), and his first prime, Teal'c. SG-1 must find the Stargate and set things right before the world is enslaved by the Goa'uld. The release dates are expected to be in the fall of this year Also RDA was approached about appearing on both shows but my fingers are crossed that he doesn't because I hate to say this but they really don't need him their. Also without him present their will be no chance of the Sam/Jack ship rearing it's ugly head. I am really looking forward to the first one but I am a little worried about the second one because first, I don't care for Baal since his character has become more of a joke then a threat and second these writers haven't done a great alternate timeline story yet. You don't even want to get me started on Moebius and what I thought of it As for the episode were one of my favorites leaves :'( I will give spoiler spaces if you don't want to know SPOILERS : : : : : : : : : : The supposed swan song for Beckett happens in the episode "Sunday". I can't wait to hear what you guys think of it because I want to know how everyone reacts on the show and I want to know if their is a possibility that PM can make future Guest Appearances *fingers crossed he can*

Thanks for that Wendi . I will reserve judgement on the alternate universe films until I have seen them. SG can do them very well or very, very badly. Did I ever tell you Grahams idea for bringing in Mitchell as a character? Do you remember at the end of Moebius Part II there was a fish in Jacks fish-less pond? Well Graham said that Mitchell should have walked up behind them and said something like no they have always been there. SG1 wouldn't know who he was but everyone else at the SGC would have accepted him as part of SG1 ie another little change in the time line. Anyway onto the next episode of ...... Atlantis Echos This will only be a short review because I thought the whole episode was a bit silly and pointless. It starts off with Taylor having visions of old Atlantean ghosts walking around the ship (one man badly burnt) and Rodney whale watching on a balcony. Apparently the whale (not really a whale but some sort of sea creature) is circling Atlantis and just happens to be the same one that was circling Rodney when his jumper sank. Well it turns out this is just a baby and his/her mum joins them in swimming round and round. Anyway long story short, they send Taylor to the psychiatrist who diagnoses stress while Rodney and Sheppard take a jumper to go and look at the whales under the water. As they get close to them they start having headaches, nose bleeds, ear bleeding, you know the usual sort of thing on a day out sightseeing and just when their heads are about to explode they realise it is the whales 'song' and head for home. By this stage there are now hundreds of whales converging on Atlantis. Actually the scenes with Rodney and Sheppard are excellent, especially when their ear drums burst and they go temporarily deaf Ooops this is supposed to be the short version! OK Elizabeth and Carson start seeing ghosts as well as half the crew and so it finally clicks something is going on. Rodney remembers there is an Ancient lab that studied the whales (convenient ) and they find out that the Ancients were learning to communicate with their Flipper friends. Unfortunately a side effect of talking to whales is headaches, bleeding from various places and then death (only an extra so not to worry). So the thing is to find out what the whales are trying to tell them. This is where it gets silly. Apparently every 5000 years or so solar a flare erupts from the sun destroying everything in it's path. The old Atlanteans had three ZPM's and so could extend their force field into the sea and protect the whales, hence the gathering. There is a side story about how many ZPM's Rodney is able to keep from the Replicator invasion but that is even sillier than the whale story so I have skipped that bit. As they only have one ZPM they will all die But of course they don't as Sheppard of all people comes up with a scientific plan to save the day. This wasn't a terrible episode - the character bits were great, we even had a bit of Radek in it . I just found it hard to believe that Firstly whales would know a week in advance of an impending disaster .... Whales could pass on genetic, telepathic memories over thousands of years .... Sheppard could come up with a solution the Ancient couldn't (although this is mentioned). Actually most of my problems are with the marine life on this planet and nothing to do with the episode, so enjoy

I want to see this episode just because this line in your review alone... Actually the scenes with Rodney and Sheppard are excellent, especially when their ear drums burst and they go temporarily deaf I love any great character moments between these two I do like the idea of seeing the Whale creature from "Grace Under Pressure" again so that is another bonus to this episode. We shall have to just wait and see what I think of the rest of the episode

Sorry I have got a little behind (I wish ) so double helpings of both The Road Not Taken What a surprise . A Sam episode, set in an alternate universe that was absolutely smashing . The plot is pretty much what you would expect - Sam is doing a test on Merlin's device and through a series of coincidences gets transported to another SGC. After saving that Earth from the Ori she figures how to get back home, and, well, that's about it, except for the spoilers . Read on if you dare ************************************************************** Things that are different -
After an attack on the other Earth the whole planet finds out about the Stargate. There is mass rioting in the US and the rest of the world hates them for keeping it a secret. Martial Law is in force in America and civil liberties have bitten the dust. Landry is president and a bit of a dictator and Hammond is in charge of the SGC Mitchell is not part of SG1 and is in a wheel chair. After the crash in Antarctica he became a hero and poster boy for Landry. When he spoke out against the president they dropped him and withdrew his medical care. Teal'c left years ago and Vala is in prison at Area 51. Daniel is also missing on this Earth. but best of all ........... Sam was married to Rodney . They are now divorced but he makes quite a big cameo appearance. He looks a bit different - darker hair and glasses - and he is a multi millionaire but you could totally believe they were married *************************************************** A really good character episode but one that doesn't push the story forward, so we then have The Shroud This starts off with a mysterious Prior entering a village (that SG1 is hiding in ) and persuading the villagers to peacefully join the Ori. Even though his face is covered it is no surprise that the mystery man is Daniel. SG1 manage to capture Daniel but don't know if he is a goody or a baddie and so keep him restrained. Now this is where it gets complicated. Do you remember Merlin's device that I complained bitterly about, how had Sam got it, how did it work etc. Well apparently there are two devices, silly me . The one Sam had in Line in the Sand was not the one Daniel was building when he was captured, it was another one. Wow that Merlin, building Ori killing machines as if they were going out of fashion . They are just like buses in the UK:- you wait centuries for one to come and then two show up together. Anyway I digress. The whole episode hinges on whether Daniel is working for Adria or is in fact a double agent and therefore whether the device will be used to destroy the Ancients or the Ori. Guess what? I'm not telling . After next weeks episode I expect you will be able to guess but for now ........ Oh did I mention that Jack is in this one? And, shock horror again, he fits in very well. These are two brilliant episodes, lets hope it keeps going like this

Atlantis now Irresponsible This is all about Lucius Lavin, the bloke from Irresistible (who took the drug to make everyone like him). Well now he has gotten hold of an Ancient personal shield like the one Rodney had way back in series one. Other than a few good good lines this is really a nothing type of episode. It relies solely on the character (and actor) of Lucius to act his usual slimy self. He is acting as the protector to a village who are being plagued by bandits. They think he is a superhero because he can't be harmed and SG1 are happy to leave him there until the renegade Geni show up . One person dies but I won't tell you who unless you ask . And no it is not Carson The only fun bit is right at the beginning when the crew are discussing superheros . It turns out Rodney's hero is Batman which leads nicely into TAO of Rodney Possibly the best episode EVER Now if I was really mean I could leave it there but since I am nice I will continue The general gist of the story is that Rodney activates an ancient device that mutates his DNA giving him special powers - telekinesis, telepathy, even more intelligence. But you have guessed it, the down side is death. It seems this was an Ancient ascending device that didn't work very well. They mention the experiments the Gould did to make super humans but they never mention the bracellets SG1 wore, which is very annoying as this device has similar side effects. The story follows Rodney as he prepares for death (or ascension). I have to say I got quite choked when he went around to speak to his crew mates as the end draws near :'( :'(. This is an episode that doesn't take the story arc forward but is the best character episode EVER. This proves that whatever they do to Atlantis they can't get rid of Rodney. Rodney is Atlantis. Oh, oh and Zelenka is in it a lot . Well not a lot, but a lot for him Couple of spoilers, if you want to look **************************************** When the end is near Elizabeth tells Rodney that they (Taylor, Ronan, Sheppard etc) love him. When he pulls through he makes sure Lizzy never forgets she loves him
Before Rodney realises he is dying he is really happy but Carson insists it may not be all good news and he should have a bodyguard, Ronan . As they are walking along Rodney says he can be his side kick, like Batman and Robin to which Ronan replies more like Fatman and Ronan ********************************************* Did I mention this is the best episode EVER?

Sorry I have got a little behind (I wish ) so double helpings of both No worries, I know you will post the reviews when you can If you recall I also got a little behind on my reviews at times "The Road Not Taken" sounds okay but it also sorta sounds like a little rehashing of "Their for But the Grace of God". I am tired of the anything Daniel can do Sam has to do but I will give this episode a chance thanks to your great review especially the Rodney McKay part. I was excited to find out he was in this episode and I also can't wait to see him in glasses, David Hewlett can make anything worth watching As for "The Shroud" I am really looking forward to seeing the transformation of Daniel as himself into a Prior I am happy to hear that RDA works in this episode because I was worried about that. I can't wait to see the scenes now with Jack/Daniel and Vala/Daniel because before you said he fit I was only looking forward to the Vala/Daniel scenes. I hope they kept the Jack/Sam relationship out of this episode I want to enjoy a really good team episode again especially since this is the final season of SG1 :'( "Irresposible", All I can say is, Who dies TELL TELL TELL I don't care if it is Lucian because I could do without him but I have to make sure it isn't anybody I do care about As for finding out Rodney's hero, how sweet. I love these little bits we are learning about McKay this season. I hope the writers keep it up. I almost died laughing when I learned his real first name was Meredith back during "McKay and Mrs.Miller" Finally all I can say about your review of "Tao of Rodney", This sounds like my dream McKay episode. I don't think I can wait until April to see this one :'( :'( :'( I love team bonding moments, I love Zelenka, and most of all I love that it is a Rodney McKay story that will probably rate right up their with "McKay and Mrs.Miller" for me I bet Martin Gero wrote it and if he did I really can't wait to see it because he writes the best McKay episodes. As for the Batman comment I can't wait to see what leads up to that comment Between "The Shroud" and "Tao of Rodney", April could not get here faster

TELL TELL TELL Ok it's ......... Acastus Kolya. I have to admit I had to cheat and look up his name but he is the bloke that was torturing Sheppard with a Wraith. The death is quite good I can't wait to see this weeks Atlantis. Apparently it is a McKay/Sheppard episode I was only looking forward to the Vala/Daniel scenes. I hope they kept the Jack/Sam relationship out of this episode The Daniel/Vala bits are OK, I just feel they are dragging out the will they/won't they a bit too much. I just have this horrible feeling they will get the pair of them together just as Vala is about to die or leave - Daniel has no luck with the opposite sex. I hadn't given much thought to the Sam/Jack relationship. In fact they barely acknowledge each other and there is certainly not under lying tension.

Ok it's ......... Acastus Kolya. I have to admit I had to cheat and look up his name but he is the bloke that was torturing Sheppard with a Wraith. The death is quite good AWWW!!! They kill one of Atlantis's best adversaries I often found Kolya one of the better bad guys on the show, in fact I liked him as a foil for the SGA team better then the Wraith. The Wraith are basically life draining vampires while Kolya was a man just like them only he appeared to have no conscious. I can't wait to see this weeks Atlantis. Apparently it is a McKay/Sheppard episode Now you have my interest because those kind of episodes are always among my favorites I am hoping that with Sam coming to Atlantis in season 4 that we don't lose these kind of episodes *fingers crossed* The Daniel/Vala bits are OK, I just feel they are dragging out the will they/won't they a bit too much. I just have this horrible feeling they will get the pair of them together just as Vala is about to die or leave - Daniel has no luck with the opposite sex. I don't think the writers know were they want to go with these two but whatever they decide I hope it doesn't end the way you think it will because that would definitely suck. Daniel never did have any luck when it came to woman, what was it with Sha're becoming a host then dying by Teal'cs hand, Hathor (but that one wasn't really his choice), Shyla from "Need" (again though not really his choice), Ke'ra ending up being Linea the Destroyer of Worlds, his college sweetheart Sarah becoming a host to Osiris, and even though the writers never did anything about it I always thought that Daniel/Janet would have been a cute couple until they killed her off also. Then again I think Vala is the best match of them all because she makes Daniel feel like he is full of life again at least to me I hadn't given much thought to the Sam/Jack relationship. In fact they barely acknowledge each other and there is certainly not under lying tension. That makes me feel better about this episode I am probably in the minority but I never did really see anything between Sam/Jack. I always saw Jack (RDA) as having a constipated look everytime he had to show the least emotion of love towards Sam and I don't even want to get into what I thought of Carter's character after the supposed relationship between these two started popping up out of nowhere. I never did see sparks fly between Jack/Sam but with Daniel/Vala you can't help but not see it if you know what I mean. I have spoilers for season 4 of Atlantis if you are interested the spoilers are down below SPOILERS SEASON FOUR STARGATE ATLANTIS : : : : : : : They have the first six episode titles revealed for season 4 1. "Adrift" written by Martin Gero -this episode is supposed to continue the events that happened in the season ender "First Strike" from season 3- 2. Lifeline written by Carl Binder -all they say about this one is that it is the big Op Episode, whatever that means- 3. Reunion written by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie -all the information I have on this one so far is that it is a character driven story but with plenty of action. 4. Doppleganger written by Rob Cooper -their is not a lot known about this episode yet except for the fact that it's airing order may be changed when it comes on Sci-Fi. 5. The Seer written by Alan McCullough -again not much is said about this episode except for the airing order may change- 6. Travelers written by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie -all it states is that it is an episode of the Shep-whomping persusian for people who like that idea. If you want me to continue to give you spoilers for season 4 just let me know and if you don't want anymore spoilers let me know that also. I can do it either way Like I told you before I love spoilers and I can just never get enough of them
