STARGATE SG-1 SEASON 8 CARDS
The next installment in the hugely successful trading card series, Stargate SG-1 Season 8 trading cards will once again feature one autograph card and one costume or relic card per box. Signers for this set include Claudia Black, Mel Harris, Isaac Hayes, Peter Williams, Charles Shaughnessy and others. Also featuring show-worn costumes from Col. Carter, Jonas Quinn, General O'Neill, Teal'C and more along with authentic show-used props. Insert sets include "Twisted," "Personnel Files," and "Stargate In Motion" cards.

I saw the list for this set and I am so excited  I definitely want Claudia Black and Mel Harris's auto's  I love Vala and Oma  I can't wait to see the Chase cards for this set because they sound so great. I love the In Motion cards from season 1-3, I only managed to get both the Daniel In Motion cards from the first sey so I will have to do better with this one  If anyone else has a spare Memorabila Promo card please keep me in mind  I have to say hands down Stargate SG1 and Atlantis are my favorite card collection to get Does anyone know what picture Rittenhouse is using for the binder yet? |

BINDER!!!!! GOD NO - NO MORE BINDERS  I haven't mentally recovered from the last time I got cussed out, screamed at, called all sorts of names because of a binder. I refuse to allow RA to issue another Stargate binder. Period. ((((lies down shivering in the corner ....binders....binders...nonononononononononononono)))) |

I completely understand being a rabid fan, but those letters - I NEVER want to relive that experience ever again... Let's see... "YOU don't understand what fans want" "Are you a lesbian too?" "Maybe you should **** AT (Amanda Tapping) and let the rest of us have Daniel and Teal'c" - you don't want to know what my HIGHLY unprofessional response to that was ... "You can goto hell - your company should just close its doors" - mispelling not mine And 173 other emails on the topic of a binder - an ancillary item that isn't required to enjoy ones trading cards. Granted, I think 100 of them were from the same person/group and at least 10 were bickering back and forth between me and one person - I was patronising her, she was repeatedly telling me how I should go to MGM and demand they give us better photography -yah, like that was going to happen - I asked time and time again where this Stargate forum was so that I could direct my comments to the group as a whole and was never provided the information. I was repeatedly told I said things that I didn't say - which is why I keep copies of ALL my emails - and yet my "responses" were being posted to this board that I didn't have access to. And you wonder why I'd rather NOT have a binder this time around. Unfortunately, I lost that battle. Something about continuity and we couldn't have a binder for every other release but this one. I think I said something about quitting before that release occurred - they laughed at me. I wasn't kidding. They still laughed at me. They laugh at me quite a lot you know  |

ya i liked the binder i must say and the Daniel costume card. i'd say you must have to talk to many irate fans over strange binder related issues. us fans are rather crazy sometimes  |

Hi! Sketchqueen if you want the name of the forum I can give it to you. I am a member and I said how much I loved the card in the binder even though I don't care for Jack/Sam together and I nearly got my head ripped off over their just for stating that I wanted the binder to get the great Daniel card inside(plus I am the kind of person who needs the bninder to each set, sadly the only one I am missing for this set is the first binder ). Not to mention I bought the season 6 binder even though I don't like Jonas, I just like to have all the Stargate binders no matter who's on them to go with my card collection I am sorry they were rude and I have to say that I just go over their now for updates on new merchandise and I also only go to the threads were they won't rip my head off  If you honestly want the name just PM me and I will be glad to give it to you I love the Stargate cards and I love the binders...please don't let a few bad apples upset you they are not worth it I personally want to thank you for all you guys do at Rittenhouse to give us these great cards to a show we all love |

If you ever want it just PM me, but I must warn you even I have to grow a thick skin when I go into the forum sometimes...they take Stargate a little to far at times to me No, you are not the only one on the planet who likes Jonas, it's just that I can't give you any of their names at this time I am excited too see all the auto's and the costumes, not to mention the Chase cards have me really excited for this set I really want the Claudia Black and Mal Harris auto's, plus the General O'Neill costume card, just to name a few I want So many great cards from all the Stargate sets and so little money to get them :'( |

On the binders topic
im finding them a bit of a pain in the ass to get hold of em
i only started collecting sg1 cards earlier in the year i have been getting binders before cards
ive got all binders (including atlantis) but aint got sg1 season 7 binder cant seem to get hold of it thats the only one i need now
I got alot of catching up to do but ive nearly completed season 1-3
i managed to get A1 easy enough c3 is a pain does anyone know where to get one ?

Thanks to Ed (Sci Fi Cards ) I finally am going to get the Premiere Binder for Stargate SG1 which includes the Promo and the Auto, everytime I saw it before on eBay they didn't have the cards included. Is anybody else as excited as I am about the season 8 cards coming out on March 1st for this series I have a feeling this set is going to cost me as much as the Atlantis season 1 set is. I just love all the auto's, costumes, and Relics for the season 8 cards. I am so excited about getting the 4 boxes I ordered off of tom...my fingers are crossed for at least one Limited or Very Limited Auto in at least one of them  Only 16 more days to go |

Is anybody else as excited as I am about the season 8 cards coming out on March 1st for this series ... Only 16 more days to go I'm excited also. So far i've got a 100% complete set of the Premeire Edition, S4, S5, S6, S7 and Atlantis S1! you may guess that i'm slightly crazy when it comes to Stargate! LoL I wish it were 16 days though - living in the UK means it gets delayed by a little while longer! Dag-Nam Customs! |
