Now that SS is three months past release, and the other sets even more so, it's a good idea to email Artbox and ask about availability of the particular replacement.  I had a problem with an update Slytherin tie a few months ago and was told that they had only one left.  If you send in a card that no longer has replacements, Artbox reserves the right to send you another comparable card they have in stock.
After seeing the condition of that card Mike has, the only thing worse would be a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.

Yep I would advise paying the extra for recorded delivery, and I realise as a teenager that isn't cheap - sorry! But I always send recorded. Although I hasten to point out that Artbox don't return the favour. I sent in an Aunt Marge for redemption after PoAU came out - I was very quick off the mark. However, I waited and waited and nothing came back. Reports that people in the UK were getting them and still nothing. I emailed them and they told me when it was posted, and didn't care whether it had arrived or not. I was VERY fortunate that 3 months after the date they posted it - it turned up and for some reason it had been to Belfast and it was stamped "sorry for the delay" by the Royal Mail. On the upside my letter revealed I was the second person to send in my redemtion as my letter was number 2 Cheesy. But just be aware that you are on your own folks, they won't make an effort by sending recorded, or offering any customer service post-dispatch. I don't think it's affordable to send all the letters recorded but some kind of customer service would do, after all when the original one turned up I would have sent them one back, it's just a question of trust and faith.

Recorded for sure... although the problem is if you send a lower value card, the cost of the insurance is almost as much as the card's value itself! When I send low value items from Ebay sales, I always feel a bit hesitant charging people for insurance, but I think in the end, its better safe than sorry

I agree.  And Mike, if you get something back that you already have or don't like, I am sure someone would possibly trade with you.
