I had the same problem but then after 4 month  Shocked Shocked Shocked i got a mail from the buyer. She has moved and totaly forgotten to tell me the new adress. She say she doesnt need the cards anymore and i can keep them. She doesnt want a refund.

Another story:

Last month i sold a Buffy Basic Set. The Buyer didnt reply on my mails. After 20 days i got a mail from her. She will sent me the money as soon as she can (she was moved to).
I wait and yesterday i got the cash. Instead of 10€ for the Set and shipping she sent me 20€. I email her and told her that i will sent the 10€ back to her together with the cards.
Now i got a mail from her. I can keep the 10€ because i waited so long for the money.  Roll Eyes

Do you think ebay can help you?

I mean if your buyer is moved and no longer a registered Ebay User how can Ebay help you?

I don't belive Ebay would give you the new Ebayname from your buyer if he/she creates a new one.

But i think you are right. That is the last chance that you have when your buyer didn`t reply on the mails.

Thats fair enough, at least if you have done everything you can, you cant feel bad if you cant get the cards to the buyer...

This way, if for some odd reason the person ever tries to complainto eBay, you have proof that you did everything you could.  It is very odd though....
