You think it's slow in Oz? We don't even have much a release date yet! But you should really try downloading it as an alternative... it allows us "foreigners" to catch up with those nassssty Americans who keep all their cool shows to themselves for far to long! :p

Oh I think we could get you through Mark. After all you have a number of character witnesses here in the States that could verify what a character you are!! On the other hand: Immigration Official at place of entry into the U.S. - Passport please and reason for entry into the United States? Mark - Hands over passport. I would like to live in the United States so I could see all those cool TV shows you Yanks have! Immigration - Really!! Looks at passport and sees that Mark is also known as MakTheYak. Official calls Security who escorts said Yak to the high security area for questioning. To make a long painful story short the Bovine King was denied entry into the United States and returned henceforth to the United Kingdom due to inadequate Bovine inoculations rendering him a danger to the health and welfare of the American public. Moral of the story - make sure you get your shots!!

Hee hee - that's hilarious! I tell you what - there's a tonne of rubbish shows like that over here we'd happily trade Well, as far as I'm concerned, two of the greatest shows ever have come from the UK - ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS and THE AVENGERS!

Well, the first episode has just aired in Oz, and all I can say is WOW. I really enjoyed it, but it had me hanging on the edge of my seat-I'm no good at the suspense-type thing where you know something is out there but you just dont know what...
I look forward to next weeks ep, though ch7 are showing an encore of this episode over the weekend for those who missed it....

I don't think we had a new episode. they seem to tease us with a few new ones with several re-runs inbetween. Last week was a re-run too.

BAH Thanks April Well I picked up my LOST set today, very good, I just read all the backs and although it's supposed to be based only on the Pilot it's all very perceptive as to what happens later (except for the Korean lady's profile anyway). So any ideas when we might get a new ep?

Last night's episode was a repeat about Claire and her dreams so I did not bother to watch it. I think someone mentioned that new episodes would begin on Feb 9th here which is next Wednesday!!

Hello to all you "Lost" lovers!! I should have posted this in the early stages of this thread but I just wanted to point out something to you all. As a Marine Corps Fighter Pilot with 10,000 hours plus flying time I want to let you all know that if any aircraft rips apart like the airliner did on this show there would be no survivors at all. Heck the entire tail section came off!! That would put the aircraft into an uncontrollable and unrecoverable spin resulting in a tremendous impact into the ground but then there would be no story now would there! I have to think that this plays into the magical or mystical nature of the island the survivors are on. I eagerly await next weeks new episode!
