He told me in an email that it shipped Dec 27 (I still have the email), then told my husband they didn't have it to begin with!  Can't get lost in the post if it never was in the post to begin with...if it was (which is wasn't) I want the insurance money so I wouldn't lose $50 in exchange cost from my visa 
It was from that site I mentioned a while back that had the boxes on their site still for $57...

I can't help you much there, but I wanted to vent!
I've been waiting for a case I bought Dec 13...after many emails and phone calls the seller tells me it had been shipped from another location Dec 27 and that it is insured. If I didn't get to me in a week he'd get another sent. Well this past weekend my husband calls to find out and gets told "oh they were sold out, so we'll refund your money". I'm quite angry! After waiting a month and a half, being lied to    and told it shipped, now getting a refund (which costed me $50 because of the exchange rates on my credit card!)
I don't know if I should email this guys and ask why he lied and let him know that it cost me, and to please not do that in the future to customers, or to just let it drop.
I'm just pissed that I was excited for over a month and had another opportunity to buy at a good price but didn't because I thought I already had a case on the way    :'(

The DVD was supposed to be released in April originally, then they bumped to March....perhaps Artbox is following suit

The falling snow seems to slow down my computer so, nearly as quick as I see the people pop up, there is already snow in my face!

I called them 2 weeks ago but they said they were sold out, but yesterday I saw that it was still on their website (for $57.95 a box and cheap shipping to Canada!) so I tried to order 10 boxes. I thought 'well, if he's out of stock I'll get an email telling me so. No harm in trying'
Today I got an email telling me my order has shipped!! Yay! For just under $600 US I have another case. I'm hooked! You Yak Shackers have got me totally hooked! I better start selling some cards to make up some of the money I spent. I'm pretty happy with the cost since I can't even find a box on ebay for under $69.
I thought I'd tell others on here in case they'd like some and sicollect still has any.
Has anyone here dealt with them before? They seem pretty reputable.

I can try to print them out for you. I have a really good printer, it's just begining to run out of ink, but I think it still has some juice left into. If you want to email the pics to me I'll try to print them out (I have good quality photo paper too)

Oh tower! I think that is 'Sis' from the 'Weird Sisters', the band that played at the ball.
It caused a big ruckus over here in Canada because some unknown (crappy) band with the same name tried to get the GOF movie banned because their band has the same name (even though there is no mention of them in the movie!).

You can't be held responsible for customs charges. I'm in Canada and it's expected that I'll have to cough up extra cash when the item comes. Sometimes I luck out and I don't have to pay (those are good days   )
Anyone purchasing anything from outside their home country is importing, and with it comes crappy customs fees.
You did everything right, the buyer doesn't have a leg to stand on unless your auction states that you cover all import fees, duties, taxes, and tariffs, IMHO
