When you pull a costume card such as Ron's Jumper or a creature card like the Grim Fur there is only one base card in the pack because the costume is so thick.

However I have opened 2 boxes now which have packs with nothing in except one base card!!

And as you might have guessed the rest of the box does not contain any inserts!

I will be keeping these packs sealed and will be sending them into Artbox in the hope they will do something!

Wow Olly, that is not good at all  Angry you should definately contact artbox about this cause you are missing out on an insert, and only getting one base card in the pack!!!  Huh

Olly, let us know what Artbox will do in case this happens to others.  But you didn't open the pack?  Are you sure it isn't an auto or something inside?

So these cards are as thick as say, the LOTR cards?

The thick cards like the grim fur and hermiones pink jumper are I think a bit thicker than the LOTR costume cards. they are very substantial!
