Steve - my "proper" (i.e. not University) home is just along the train line from you - I am from the New Forest - well me and Mark both really!
Many a time I have slowly chugged along the tracks on a Sunday, and rung someone on the train; they say "where are you" I then squint out of the window into the looming darkness and see "Surbiton"... many-s the times I have wondered where on earth that is! It's not too far out of London is it - 25-30 mins is it on a fast train?

OMG yea i know chav scum now, i actually hate them so much even though i used to be one till age 14/15, i guess thats only because i followed everyone and to rebel against that 'culture' at that age would have caused hell for me.
Only when i was able to look after myself (get a small time job) i decided what i want to wear, (smart jeans and a t-shirt) and what i want in life.
I also think most parents are to blame, mainly because it 's parents who buy their clothes and instead or buying them something suitable and nice, they go out and buy the cheapest trackies and a rude boy/girl shirt and some well known trainers like nike shox or presto's or air max either because they are lazy and go to the quickest sport shop, or because they don't want their kids to be bullied, or because they can't handle their ids so the give into their demands.
Then the chavs become labelled as a trouble maker, or scum, which most of them are, but it is unfortunate for the ones who wear the clothes because its the easiest option for the parents or because they don't want to be the odd one out and vulnerable to bullying, but never leave that culture/dress sense because they come to terms with the fact they are scum due to constantly being noticed as scum through the public's reactions and thoughts of and against them, and in the end..choose to be scum. Basically most of them don't deserve to live, but who am i to judge.
All that make little sense to me, lets see if you can make any sense out of it.
