The British ones are stunning by Steven Fry Wink

All of the voices are like they were in the films, I bet the actors used them for inspiration!

I have the versions read by Stephen Fry on CD and I have to agree with Roz ~ they are brilliant!
They are mp3 format which will play on a computer and I've done copies for 'Harry Potter' friends already.
The first four books went onto one CD-R and the fifth book onto another one and if you'd like me to burn you copy and send them to you then PM me, okay?  Wink

If you close your eyes whilst listening to him reading Hagrid's speeches then he's uncannily like Robbie Coltrane!
I have heard it said that the some of actors did in fact take their inspiration from his readings of the books ... whether that's true or not I honestly don't know.

You can't really say they are better than the films, more that they complement each other beautifully. Wink

Oh well then I don't suppose I should let it slip that Voldermort, or "Voldie" in book 4 finds that he was only evil because of a drinking problem?

Or that Ron is secretly the baddie of the whole outfit as revealed in book 5?
