Harry Potter Books on CD's!

I agree that reading the books are the best method.   Where I live we do some long distance driving on a weekly basis so it is fun to listen to cool books like The LOTR's, The Hobbit, and now The Harry Potter books on CD in the vehicle as it helps to pass the time plus they are great stories!

I've only got the tape versions so can't listen to them on my computer or MP3 them. I've only got up to four because I would need a mortage for book five

No its not I didnt feel like paying 60 dollars for 25 CDS when I can get 50 burnable CDs for 20 dollars and burn then

I have the Jim Dale unabridged audiobooks, and personally find them excellent although I have not heard the Stephen Fry version. Mr. Dale does all the voices and it is easy to recogonize the characters from book to book.  I have read all the books but like to refresh my memory prior to the release of a new book or movie and have a 45 minute to 1 hour commute to work so what better way to spend the time and being over 50 my memory needs some refreshing occasionally.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~dave

That sounds a good time to catch up on your HP. Although I hate to think how long the OOTP CDs are!!!
