I just stumbled across a new section at the fan site Veritaserum that has a ton of HP video clips, including specials, interviews and the like.  It's here:

Samwise mentioned earlier this week that he was interested in seeing some of these, and now everyone can have access to them.  As I recall, the E! Prisoner of Azkaban special was quite good.
