What wouldyou suggest I do, I have someone who won an auction hasnt paid (sept 26th i believe) says conatct me in 3 days pay in 7 and he doesnt respond toemails. so he bids on the same card of mine again.

I did the whole try to get my listing and end auction price fees back but do you think it is time to ban the bidder and leave neg feed back?

He has won like 52 items and i contacted a bunch of the sellers and nobody has gotten payment or contact from him.

Have you tried to contact this person through the eBay contact facility?
Might be worth one last shot at it to see if they have a phone number listed to give them a call and find out what's going on.
Did any of the other sellers have any more contact info which they would be willing to share with you?
Seriously though, I think you will have to end the auction and block them from bidding on your auctions in future, as they're a waste of time.  Wink

Or (and I hate to be the voice of doom here) they could just be a deadbeat bidder - I'd stop them from bidding on any more of your auctions by adding them to your blocked list, but I think it's rather too soon for negativing them

You're like me Roz ... hate to post the negative till everything else has been tried first.  Roll Eyes Tongue

I have to agree with Roz on this though .... I would end your listing early then block them from bidding in future.

Good luck with it Goofy and do let us know what you decide. Wink

Goofy:

Time to nail him and bring the hammer down!  You have made an honest effort with this bidder.

So I left neg feedback and was like I hope i dont get a neg, turned around went to class came home and now he has a -4 and is no longer a ebay member.. so I started a trend and got rid of a jackhole.
