Forum newbie here.
I was just wondering what other people think of this EBAY situation.
I won a Hermoine Granger POA auto card for a reasonable price and paid for it by PAYPAL Echeque and whilst i appreciate this way takes slightly longer to pay the seller at least they get their money.
Now when this cleared i immediately got refunded my money and was told that the seller no longer had the item.
I emailed him and complained and left the appropriate feedback now i have also received negative feedback when i did nothing wrong.
What do others make of this and what should i do now Huh Sad

Hi Hagrid's Hut!

Welcome to the forum! I hope you have many happier times here than you are about to have now - this situation sounds very familiar - have a look here

http://www.theyakshack.co.uk/forum/index.php?board=10;action=display;threadid=700

One of our forum members dealt with (I think) the same person.

I think (all in all) we should be grateful you have your money back, but why have they put so many auctions up? I think they still have auctions up for full sets of autos now!!!

i noticed at the time of winning this auction that he had 2 full HP POA auto sets running at same time which mysteriously ended with all bids on them cancelled.
He also sold another full auto set yesterday, will wait and see what sort of feedback he gets for them.
Meanwhile i have emailed EBAY and informed them about this transaction. Angry

Yup - benjaminblood the seller? I was offered a 2nd chance offer on a LOTR Elrond auto under suspicious circumstances (see the linked thread). I see that you are the seller that has just left him neg feedback... but I am guessing you will be the 1st of many if our suspicions about him are correct Tongue

i see my nemisis is back with more nasty follow up feedback making it look like i was to blame in some way for this transaction going down the pan.
I have again reported this to ebay and await their actions against him but i am not holding my breath Angry

i don't blame you people like this are the reason ebay is such a joke a lot of people's books if only they would act. I have tosay they do seem to be closing auct6ions more for breaking the 30 day pre sell rules but that is not really the big problem on ebay it is non payers and bad sellers

Let's see

Hmm - if it's a night shift we can probably narrow it down to

a bouncer/ a police officer/ a mobster/ WWF fighter or a personal trainer

My money's on you being in the police... Hmm but then would you have worreid about the seller Benjamin Blood or would you have hopped in your car and interrogated him  Grin
