I'm surprised eBay allows a lottery like this.  How can a buyer be guaranteed that the seller has the autos he claims to have?  If you complain to him that you didn't get a card, no matter how many chances you bought, he'll say that the cards were in other envelopes.  Never mind that he could sell all 40 chances for $4.99 each, that doesn't come close to what the seller could get for just the Hermione auto.  

There's a good reason why he's had trouble with PayPal and will only take money orders -- what a scam.

one day someone will under value, the way they do these it just needs one bidder to buy the lot and they really will be on the spot. ive seen them before with BIN 40 qty but only do 10 at a time.

Hmm I agree.

Sadly I don't really believe they have put a Sirius auto in - it's just a great way to charge a lot for base cards

But if they want to come on here and protest their innocence then I'd be glad of it!

I would also think an auction like this (if they were trustworthy) would be better for costume or numbered cards so that people know what number may be in the packs and then it would all seem a lot more above board!

There is one ebayer selling a 15" dell tft lcd screen yet it is through a raffle. something like £2.50 and 400 tickets only one wins
