I was at the Philly card show this weekend and Artbox was there. I spoke with them about how Hermione's material in the C9 card is identical to the one in the sleeping bag incentive, Ci1, prop. This is an ERROR! Hermione's outfit is incorrect, as it should be her satin pink gown. The material in this card indeed belongs to the sleeping bag prop. HOWEVER, Artbox is reproducing this card with the corrected material in it. I was told to let everyone know who has this card that they can send it in to Artbox and Artbox will mail out the corrected card once it is in. Of course, I would email Artbox before doing this, but I wanted to pass along this information to everyone.

I didn't think the color of the material that was suppose to be Hermione's dress looked right on  Ebay!.  It is too purple.  Thank you for letting us know what's going on.

I don't own this card, so I never sent one in. Did anyone else contact Artbox or send one in?

I won one on thebay yesterday, so now I'm watching.

Though, I still wonder what the effect would have been in the movie, if Hermione had worn a sleeping bag to the Yule Ball?  Cool

I don't know if anyone else has heard back from Kay, but she told a friend of mine yesterday to send in the C9 for replacement.  I don't know if Artbox has the correct cards yet, though.

How do I go about contacting them if I want to trade one of my c9 error cards in for the correct version?  Thanks for any help in advance!

It looks like their website is under maintenance right now, but it says you can contact them at sales@artboxent.com. I think the other email is customerservice@artboxent.com, but someone else might be able to confirm that for you.  There wasa phone number on their site too that I used before, but since you can't get in to their site right now, you can't get it. I would try the email first. The woman who will reply is most likely Kay. She is really nice (met her in person a couple times). She'll be able to help you out.
