8 'bags' (no idea what that means but it sounds a lot) & growing your own is really NOT very clever - besides, it racks up the heating bill!
In the Netherlands once it snowed very severely, and most homes had snow on their roof across the city of Amsterdam. The cannabis plant requires a LOT of heat to grow so people with their heating on so high (and poor insulation we assume) had the snow melt pretty quickly. The police just went and stormed into the houses without snow on the roof and had a VERY productive day!
