Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooah - can I ask how much? I can remember the days when we heard of £1500+++ for that card, things do seem to have calmed down a bit since though... great catch Cheesy

The card had a listing at $599.00 or BO. I offered $543.00. there was only 35 minutes left until expiration.
Imagine my surprise when the offer was excepted. Pure luck. There were/are two more listed at over $1000.00

A lot of the LOTR cards are going a lot cheaper these days, and from that seller in particular... When I first got into LOTR cards, a FOTR legolas was around $600-700 Australian...I got mine for $200 last year, and this seller now has one for about $170 Au...

There is something to be said for being patient!  Grin

There certainly is. I do intend to complete my collection when the essentials of the house are purchased, this HAS to be a good time to pick them up as I think prices may rise again for the Hobbit and we'll regret not picking up those cards we always wanted whilst we had the chance Smiley
