Hey everyone!

Prices have been lowered on most things...

Okay, I'm in desperate need of cash right now, so I'm selling off a few of my things, including a promo Divination Set/Case given away at the US premier of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. I paid $200 for it + shipping, so you're pretty much getting the shipping for free.

Please E-MAIL me if you are interested in any of these. angelstarfire_hikarist@yahoo.com

Please also don't be afraid to offer for something - I'm going to be very reasonable and am willing to bargain. :3 Shipping is NOT included in pricing for the cards.

I'm not auctioning these off... trying to avoid e-bay's lovely fees (which killed when I sold the Hermione auto there). If this isn't okay I'll just batch sell them on there. :/

This is fine. Smiley  The way I read your post, I thought you were running auctions in addition to offering the cards here.

i'll post this here and maybe a mod can move it, but in reply to paying high paypal fees.....

if you pay with paypal (not from an ebay auction win)  but say between a deal on the forum, you can mark the payment as a gift and the seller does not pay any fees and recieves the full amount.

really if you trust the seller (which i am sure this forum would) as there will be no comeback if anything happens as you have 'gifted' the money, and not paid for goods or a service.

I don't think that's true, at least not for PayPal in the U.S.  If someone has a business account, as most eBay sellers do, that person pays fees on all money transferred to his or her PayPal account.

it works in the uk anyway.  i have received money marked as a 'gift' and recived the full amount with no fees.

this was outside ebay and if the transaction is linked to an ebay win, then you will pay fees no getting out of that.

Is the P5 Daily Prophet the one with Seamus on the front of the card?

Yes you can send money as a 'gift' but I think you'll find that the person sending you the money has actually paid your fees for you Razzer.
I was going to use this method to pay for something (not an Ebay transaction by the way) and found that the recipient could receive the total I wanted them to have only if I stumped-up the fees, otherwise they would have to pay them and obviously receive slightly less from me.
Sounded like a good idea but I'm afraid it didn't work ...  Sad
