Best place to get cases

i think you might find that most places are out of stock.

I hate to say this, but e-bay is probably your best shot. People will wait months, even years, to sell off their cases because they know people will pay more for them. :S  Recently (well... within the last 6 months) I saw a GOFU case on e-bay go for quite a bit... and right now there's a POAU case up for grabs...

You'll have to be patient, and one may never show up, but otherwise I would doubt you'd be able to find one. :S

There are quite a few on Ebay at the moment, a few with best offer options too.

It might be a little hard to predict, because big buyers were cut back from their original orders because there weren't enough sketches ready to fill the first shipping surge. So everybody was out of stock for a while, but the "late" cases are starting to show up. I see that cases are back in stock at Potomac Distribution, and maybe Tom Breyer is receiving the rest of his original allocation. But that's one reason why you're seeing cases coming back on eBay. Possibly some friendly Yak will be getting more too.
