Hey everyone! I've got a question - I've recently found a supplier on  who is pre-selling cases/boxes of the HP:OOTP update Hobby boxes, and claims they'll be released on the 25th of this month (September). Does anyone know if there's truth to this? Thank you!!! |

The set will not be released this month and there is no info yet about inserts. No date has been set, other than it will be out sometime during the last three months of the year. Right now, December is a possibility.

I contacted Tom Breyer about the OOPU set. He said the last he heard was December. Don't know why that person is selling boxes with an October 25 delivery date. He may end up with egg on his face, and a lot of angry buyers when their boxes don't come until December.

PayPal requires that items be shipped within seven days of receiving payment, so the seller could get into trouble for taking pre-sales now. Originally, the update set was supposed to come out in September. Artbox has had delays for both this one and the 24 Season 5 set.
Did Tom have any info other than a possible December release?

He emailed me using his cell phone. According to his son, who also emailed me, Tom Sr. is currently out of town. All he emailed me was December.

With the DVD being released here on December 11th, I would think Artbox would try to get the update set released around then, or later around Christmas.  |

Where did you find the information for the seller taking preorders?? which website is it?
I agree he/she will have loads of angry buyers wanting their boxes, I reckon the release will be more into the early year late dec/early january.

It's an seller. If you look up Phoenix Update in the search you should be able to find the item... he sells 2 boxes per buy it now auction, and while I am torn between my wallet and my inner collector, I sincerely hope they do come out on the 25th next month. |

I sincerely hope they do come out on the 25th next month.
I doubt it.  Artbox's biggest distributor said the last info he was given was a December release, and he has no details about inserts. Potomac doesn't have boxes and cases for pre-order on its website. They would if the release was a month away. The seller on eBay has old info in the auction. |

I see that Potomac now has the boxes and cases up for pre-order on it's website. for $53 and $519 respectively. The release date that is up is the 21st of December. I'm already starting to get excited about this set  . I'm in the UK and i unfortunately missed out on getting an OotP case so this time i am pre-ordering an OotP Update case from Rich here in the UK... . I'm not missing out this time!. |
