Hi guys,
Does anybody know where i can buy a sealed hobby case in the UK or anyone who has one for sale. They have all probably been snapped up but i just thought that as there are still POA Update, COS and GOFU sealed cases available i might be lucky.
I normally go down the ebay route, but apart from one seller in the USA there is none to be found. Apart from individual cards, OOTP seems scarce on the ground at the moment. The only thing available on ebay in the UK at the moment is Bush360's sealed hobby box but i'm really looking for a sealed case.
If anyone can help i would be really grateful. Praying

Howdy I am Bush360, I too would like some more sealed cases as this product rocked but I have already opened equivalent to 10 cases and the price is too high for me now if I had one i would gladly sell you one. i only have the boxes left out of a case where i had sold 3 boxes already.

Cheers mate.

Hi Rich,
Cheers for the reply. It's much appreciated. I have been watching your sealed hobby box on ebay since it was put on and i will definitely be bidding for it as i let the one pass by that you had on ebay last week and if the cases are going to be non-existent because of their high prices then i won't be letting this one go!.
Do you think that the prices generally for sealed cases for any set on ebay are overpriced now Rich and it's better to buy individual boxes?.
For example: POA update £280 up to £350, COS £350 and GOF update £400.
Thanks again Rich.
Cheers.

I couldn't find a sealed box on your US ebay store.  IS it only on you English ebay store?

Hi

I dont know how ebay work the ebay stores anymore all my items are listed in pounds sterling but I do ship world wide but the box is definately on auction and I only have 2 others left after that.
As for case pricing if you take for example I sell cases for about £375 at time of release anything cheaper than that should be guaged as OK anything over that should really be looked at more closely based on what you might find in the case and its percieved value, from a dealer pespective I generally do not buy cases after release due to price increases. For example I had taken orders for Star Wars 30th for £300 and now less than a month after a release cases are already reaching the £450-500 mark.

Keep in touch in future and I will do my best to help.

Regards

Thanks for the advice on the cases Rich. Much appreciated Wink.
I did buy a POA Update sealed case a few months ago and finding it for only £280 i thought it was going to be a great buy, only to find out after that autographs were only guaranteed 1 in every 5 boxes (i managed to pull 3), i didn't get a costume card in every box and a lot of them were the same and virtually no props!. Shocked Embarrassed
I was really gutted over this as Prisoner Of Azkaban is my favourite HP film and with original POA boxes being so rare and selling for around £100 and the only sealed case that i know of being priced over £1000, the update set was going to be the only way for me to go.
So to pay all that money for so few cards was really disappointing.
I will definitely keep in touch for future HP releases Rich. I will have to wait for OOTP update to come along to order a case. Hopefully the insert odds will be better than the POA update!.
And fingers crossed i will hopefully be winning your OOTP sealed hobby box later on. Grin

Hi
Nice one I will send your box on thursday on my day off, I think you have bought from me before your ID seemed familiar. As a further tip which might reveal why these cases are so pricey in each case you would get 10 costumes one in each box, 5 Autos, 3 Prop Cards and 3 Film Cards meaning one box in a case held a costume auto and film card it was these triple boxes where I found all my Harry Ron or Hermione Autos. This I feel is my main reason why these cases are so highly sought due to the high probability of a big hit in a case. Not to mention the awesome Autos Props and Costumes.
