Has anyone figured out how the flying memos are folded?  I've been working on it off and on for weeks and still haven't gotten it right.  The best picture I have is from the card and it looks like the prop is folded in at least two different ways (look at the second and fourth memos in the pic).

I was wondering if it isn't two paper airplanes somehow folded together, like one slipped in the other and they are then held together by the gold seal...I think there are probably two pieces of paper, at least. 

I know there's more to it...I'll stare at it some more.

I think you are right, the one flyer is slipped into another flyer. I also tried to make a memo but I don't know how to fold it right.

Yes, the flying maybe fold with two pieces of papers.
Do you know how fold the flying bird in the Umbridge Classroom ( I think it's a complex origami ).

Yes, Thomas, I'm pretty sure that is advanced origami. They have some tutorials online that look very similar to the one in the film. 
I like origami and made the one Draco sends to Harry in Prisoner of Azkaban.

thanks bitsy i already got that pic pic but thanks anyway im nearly finished my umbridge report just need to find a way of printing it on long paper dont know how though any ideas anyone?

Harrymad08--I'm sorry you already have the picture and that this one isn't new for you.    I was hoping it would help.

For the printing of your Umbridge Report--if you have slightly larger/longer paper (like 11x14 or so--depending upon your printer, you might have to cut the sides width-wise so it will fit, but it won't affect the length), there should be a printer setting that will allow you to print your image on that longer size paper (I think the setting is "Legal"--could be wrong there). Your printed version will then be larger and longer than the standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper size.

To get the longer paper harrymad you need to do as bitsy said....i buy A3 and trim the width.

i have tried using illustrator but i decided to draw the borders on myself  thanks for letting us know

i got a small question for you mugglemum

can you tell me how to get the owl - in the background of the owl im stuck i got the owl sorted i just need to know the first bit what colour the word owl - is and how it is placed in the background of the paper
