I sent my in a group and had no trouble. I didn't get my Harry Potter card though. There was a notice in there that Harry and Lucius Malfoy would be sent seperately. I was surprised to be told my Lucius Malfoy card would be sent seperately since I didn't send a redemption card for that one. I'm waiting to see if they send me one.
Probably a form letter for either of them so that they don't have to print two different letters. |

You would have thought that with 3D and OOTP so close, the two Daniel cards would have been sent to him at the same time, therefore, already available  Where is the OOTP one?  |

Still haven't received the Warwick Davis and Daniel Radcliffe cards I sent at the end of July (along with a David Bradley from World of HP 3D) but I've just sent off Michael Gambon and Bonnie Wright redeptions today.

53 redemption cards sent in in 6 packages fully insured (not that they will come back that way) of course cost me over £40 to send them in but at least they are safe so 6th Sept lets see how long they take  |

I was getting a little worried, so I sent an email...this was the response: " Hello Zachery, Yes, we have received your redemption order.There is a bit of a delay on the orders, so please give us a couple weeks. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you in advance for your patience. Artbox" So it sounds like it will be a few more weeks. I think I sent in about 40+ redemptions, so it will be nice to get them back  |

Received my Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Evanna Lynch and a COS Harry Melling on Thursday the 20th. Sent them 8/31. The letters were numbered 1470, 1471, 1472 and 1507. Oddly, it was the Emma one that was the 1507. Scan of Dan's autograph:  |

I received the Dumbledore auto today (it was shipped to Artbox on Sept. 6). I'm not too pleased that it was returned in a regular business envelope. Fortunately, nothing happened to the card, but the envelope did go through the sorting machine. The letter is dated Sept. 21 and is numbered AR-1562. As an aside, I don't think it's too much to ask that the letter be grammatically correct.  There was also a separate note about the Jason Isaacs auto. The typos are Artbox's, not mine. Thank you for your inquiry about the Harry Potter and The Order of Phoenix Trading Cards redemption request.
