we all like pie (at least, I think most of us do). But, whats a pie without a filling? well its just some cooked pastry that tastes rubbish.

How about nana's steamed treacle sponge pudding and custard?  Wink
I know it's not a pie filling but a dessert in it's own right ... you're more of a vanilla-ice-cream-and-chocolate-sauce kinda guy than one for pies!  Cool Wink

I also like Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream - YUM!!  Grin

I don't like pie's either.  Or to be more accurate I don't like pastry.  At Christmas if I have a mince pie I eat the inside and throw away the pastry, very naughty I know.

That's Boggy's favourite but without the custard and with lashings of extra syrup.  I much prefer a jam steamed pudding  Tongue

Ooooooo extra syrup ... mmmmm ... my teeth are aching at the thought of all that sticky sweetness!  Roll Eyes Cool ROFL!
Mince pies with a generous dollop of thick brandy cream on the top ... yummmmm ... even the cat has sussed out when we're having them cos she knows the sound of the container being opened and of course the smell of the cream!  Wink Grin

if it were a dog it would have gone in one lick... Tongue Tongue Tongue

No Snake and Pygmy ... I mean Steak and Kidney? Mind you, I don't like kidney so I wouldn't opt for that!  Roll Eyes

It's pecan pie for me! Cheesy  There's a restaurant in Disney World that used to make apple pie with a creamy brandy sauce.  It was truly excellent, so of course they don't make it anymore. Undecided
