wow! thats good going getting the 4 wand cards the same!
i have a set of wizard coin cards #17.  when i got them i checked the 50 case ticket card  Praying to see if it was also 17 as i couldn't remember, but it wasn't. :'(

this would be serious collecting - trying to get all case incentives for a set the same number!
or another one would be the film cell cards the same number.
or... the list could be endless. off the point now....

It's funny you should mention getting the same number for a set as I was talking to Boggy about exactly the same thing last week, well different set but same idea.  He has a set of the gold LOTR foils and I said how nice it would be if he had all the same numbers.  With the number of collectors on here and Cardtalk I reckon a swapshop could be started for people who want a set of a particular card to all have the same number ie Razzer if you have say number 2, 4 and 6 of the coins and I had a number 4 I could maybe do a straight swap on 4 for 6 (unfortunately I don't have any).  Does that make sense?  It would take a bit of faffing but eventually you would get pretty close  Smiley

Grrrrrrr didn't you collect those for him? What a Moaning Myrtle Minnie? If I were you I'd trade this "Boggy" in on another model ROFL!

But I do agree with the sentiment. John did that with the wand cards and it all worked out well in the end (I think) Smiley But that was 4 expensive cards only numbered out of 28 - with the LOTR it's 9 numbered out of 99 which is scary!

I have a lot of GOFU props and costume cards number 5, 8 or 9 out of X if anyone's collecting Smiley

Ah to be fair to Boggy the same number thing was my idea  Grin.  Yes it would be harder for something like the gold foils but I still think you could end up with half a set matching.  With the HP cards I think it would be nearly impossible for most of them as the swatches vary, even the PTL has slight variations and I know how attached you can become to something quite insignificant - one mans crease is another girls variant  Grin Grin

I vote we adopt this as the motto on our Yak Shack coat of arms (designed by Mark, of course Wink)
