Hi all,
Well I have this past weekend got hold of my first 2 Harry Potter books, could only find GOF and HBP in paper backs. I only want paperbacks because I am starting reading them tonight after finishing reading the 4 dan brown books.
Only trouble is my cleptomanic tendancys are getting the better of me after seeing all the different versions available. I think from a collectable angle I am going to aim to get a set of the deluxe editions eventually.
Just wondering if anyone can help with explaining the edition numbers and what I should look out for.
My GOF book is pretty battered considering it is brand new and on the publisher page it has the sequence of numbers :
10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1
My HBP book simply says First edition.
I think this is good but I am probably wrong.
