Cofan is a very good eBay Seller.  I have purchased from him several times in the past.  Where he gets the Topps Promo cards is a mystery but he has had them from The Fellowship onwards but does not sell any other Topps LOTR's cards - strange.  

That by the way is an excellent price folks.

he had boxes and boxes and boxes of FOTRu cards when ROTK just came out. i picked up a ton for 35ish a box. that and promos is all I have ever seen him sell of lotr
