Well the seller got back to me and said that someone had bought it from their (Ebay) shop which is why it was withdrawn.  I have to admit I did not see it as a BIN in their shop but that must just be me.

Well I had a look at their ended listings and I couldn't see it in there either... are they telling porkies?

Well another gorgeous card disappears under mysterious circumstances.  But then again we all know how easy it is to break or lose such an expensive card  Wink

http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-1751-2978-71/1?AID=5463217&PID=1738318&mpre=http%3A//cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll%3FViewItem%26ih%3D004%26sspagename%3DSTRK%253AMEWA%253AIT%26viewitem%3D%26item%3D140054907171%26rd%3D1%26rd%3D1

Yes yes, of course. Then again I have heard of a rare card getting thrown down the stairs (thankfully, I only heard about it and I didn't witness it, nor was it my card ROFL! PHEW)

I got an email from the seller too, and it wasn't that it had been sold in an eBay store, but that it had already been sold and that another one with a different number (also with nice text) would be listed instead. From reputation and experience with this seller, I accept that it was a mistake where the wrong image and card # had been listed, and was a true "withdrawn because of an error in the listing."

I recently told a different seller that I had seen the same card pictured in her eBay store and in a regular auction, and I think it's more common than you think that people get confused when they are blessed with more than one copy of the same scarce card ...

Well this card has been withdrawn and I am gutted  :'(.  I have sent the seller a note to find out if it will be re-listed but was wondering if anyone had heard why.

I can say from experience that this seller will end auctions early if she is offered the right amount. She did it for me a couple of times last year. It's possible there was an error but I think someone gave an offer that couldn't be refused.

The DC4 comes in two versions, the Robe & Grey Jumper or the Robe and Tie.  The Robe and Tie version seems to sell for more on eBay.

I am well happy, I've just brought on ebay a 3 case green promo set, which dealers had them given to them from artbox for every 3 case brought, I brought it for $25 approx £12.94  Grin  Grin
