I can't still exactly quite get this through my head why they need so many incentive cards per set?Huh
375 cases work out to
16 x 25 case incentive =400............what are the other 34 for
38 x 10 case incentive =380.............60 more than needed
75 x 5 case incentive =375............60 extra of these....way more than a 20% replacement overage Huh

Well, of course you can make such a calculation. But i like that there are more cards, it makes it easier to get one of them for a reasonable price, 50 is still hard enough. And they go to the market, for example, more than 20 SS Train Tickets were sold although only 16 were necessary for the cases. Artbox gives them away and that's good.
Yes, i like it, the GOFU wands were too horrible for the collectors.  Undecided

If i compare the cases of Anna and allender, i have to say:  Shocked

The same Autos, the same Props and as far i could see the same Costumes. Mostly all in the same boxes. The same case.  Shocked Roll Eyes

Sara Sara sara you have the best box and case luck Grin Is it actually a crumpled part of the poster or is it drawn like that? Your Tom Riddle Diary Prop is also dark and I've only seen light ones before... next time I buy a box you are picking it out for me ROFL!

WELL DONE GUYS!

Thanks!  I have been away for a wedding, do I just got back on.

The picture on our dark arts is flat.  It is not crumpled.  That is exactly how it looks.  You can definitely make out that it is a players hand with a glove on, and he seems to be pushing back some sort of curtain or cloth or something.  If you look at the picture on the wall behind Ron's bed, it looks like there are some Chudley Cannon players in the center of the picture.  That could be where it is from.  This picture on the swatch looks very real, just like you see it in the scan.  It does look crumpled, but I assure you, it is not Wink

As for the diary, I much prefer the black version.  The inside pages are plain, whereas the black version has the same texture as the regular boxes that came with this set.  The card is also very thik (like the coin cards).  Anyone know how the ones with the inside pages are?  Thick or thin like the costumes?

Wow John Shocked  Amazing!!!! Love the variant.

As for luck, I don't think it is me, as I never win anything, but my husand always does.  Since he opens the boxes with me, it has to be him that has the luck.  So if you guys ever run in to us, it is him you want to open your packs or pick out your boxes ROFL!

Jackie, you did have a great cse.  Bet you were jumping for joy with that Dual Weasly costume Wink

I remember seeing abook that looked like snake skin at SDCC. Any one know what that was from?

Nice cards John.  I like the Dark Arts book a lot.

Hey, I am surprised to see so many Smith autos.  Could it be that she did indeed sign more than we all expected and Emma signed the least?

The second Ci1 is nicer than the first. The scan doesn't do it justice.
Yes it looks like the Maggie Smith is more common than was rumored, but it may be that the cases with them broke first and she may dry up.

I've opened 4 5 cases, My autos are: (modified 5 10-31-06 or 31-10-06)
Emma 1
Maggie 1 2
Jason  3 4
Eric 4
David 5 7
Olivia 3 4
Philip 1
Richard 1

Total 19 24... so yes, some case may be short an autograph.

John, did you get a riddle diary?  If so, is it the inside pages?  How thick is the card?

I'd like to point out that the Dark Arts book is not the "The Dark Arts: A Guide to Self-protection" book but the student notebook laying next it in the picture on the card Smiley

Most of the Magical Water Plants book cards are plain that I've seen Tongue I cant wait to see the Sirius letter with writing Grin

I kind of wish they'd photograph the plants book or something, anything other than a picture of harry sitting by a tree, even though that was from the film, and he had the book with him.  Artbox had the whole prop, maybe they could of just took a nice picture of it themselves!!

I totally agree ECL.  Sometimes Artboxes choice of picture completely confuses me.  At first I thought it was a picture of Neville, which would have made a little more sense.  That said, it is still a gorgeous swatch  Kiss

I did get a Riddle Diary card. It's the cover with two different textures and a cut. I'll post it later.
