Has anyone ever had any problems with them? I've generally heard good things about them. Although I haven't been very happy lately. I bought a Dr who Binder from them, great and it came in around a week. Then I ordered a box of cards from their specials, got the confirmation e-mail. But since nothing and its nearly a month now. I emailed on the 25th Sept no reply, I emailed again the other day and no reply.

What box did you order?  It's no excuse, but they've been really busy with some new releases.

It was an old series three Dr Who box. I think its it end of the month beginning of next they get there new ones out. I had been concidering a new Dr who box but its £50 and this has not put any faith of them in me.

Have to say that I know they can be a bit slow at times but they always come through, have never had any problems with them personaly.

I wanted to apologise for not shipping the Dr Who Series 3
order to you when placed, we were sold out of this item. I now have
a box of Series 3 and wanted to check if you still wanted the box or
would you rather upgrade to the new Dr Who Trilogy box shipping
from next week

Not sure what to do now. It would have been nice if they told me they were out of stock of it the two months ago when I ordered. I have lost faith in them. Do I still want the box, are they even offering it at the price I was willing to pay? The trillory does look good but it goes for £50 thats some upgrade considering I had put the money back to my account to spend as they hadn't taken it.

So glad to hear that they contacted you Dawn  , why dont you stick with the series 3 and when you have extra funds then go for the Trilogy

Yeah I think I will go for series 3 as long as it was the price I was originally going to pay. Actually I had a look at the trilogy and I can't say I am that impressed with it.

Not checked it out yet, but if I do go for it then there should at least be a spare base set looking for a home

Cool there are some costume cards which I usuallu like, but I don't actually know of the people they have come from, from what I can see

Well my series 3 is on its way and I asked if there would be New Series Dr who cards, and there will be some next summer
