Ok all what comic's do you prefer to read above all others?  For me it has to be Batman  Grin with a emphasis on the Elseworlds collection.  I am slowly building up a nice collection of them and am moving on to read the other charecters as well.

My husband bought me 40 years of X-men on cd-rom.  I'm slowly working my way through it.  Smiley

I'm with you Kelly, classic X-Men, around 95-220 ish  Grin  But what is the CD like?  Due to a severe lack of space I want to get rid of all of my comics (if I can find anyone to give me even a quote for them  Sad) and the CD seems like a good option.

The CD is pretty good.  It was your brothers idea, Sharon.  Cool  I was looking for some kind of compilation book before that.  The only problem is that you have to enlarge the page to really be able to read anything.  Then you have to scroll to read it.  But still good for all that comes on it and I got used to scrolling so now it doesn't bother me.  I think it was about $40 on Amazon.

I know Boggy is considering the Spiderman one when it comes out.  Has your one got all the X-Men to date on it?

The one thing that is putting me off is that I don't like reading off the screen - I mean I don't mind little bits like this but long stories... Undecided.  But for that price and the space saved it is very tempting.

It goes up to August 2005, plus the annual issues.  Grin

At the moment, it's only Marvel that is covered and only Fantastic Four and Avengers on DVD. Spiderman should be released some time this year - it's only on cd rom at the moment.
Glad you liked my idea Kelly. Have you tried hooking up your TV to the computer? It might save scrolling.

My favourite comics will always be those with the Legion of Super-Heroes in them. Favourite for the art alone at the moment is DC's Justice. Nothing can go wrong when Alex Ross is involved  Grin

the books I look forward to most these days are Fables, Astonishing X-men (Joss is my hero for making this book so readable, and the team to good again), Ultimates, the new X-Factor book ( tho I miss the Ryan Sook artwork)... and I can't recall what else. Really, if you can't remember, I guess it can't be all that good....

I've also been digging reading the "ultimate editions" they have been putting out; read Dark Knight, and League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, am part way through Watchmen. Can't wait to get Darwyn Cook's New Frontier.
