Is anybody out there into these? I am a freak when it comes to the X Games!! 
I'll give a little background for those who don't know what this is!
These are competitions that take place for the...Extreme Sports!!!  There are summer games and winter games.
There are many classifications. A few are BMX, skatboarding, and my favorite...FREESTYLE MOTOCROSS!!! (It's basically guys doing tricks on their "toys"! )
Well, the summer games were this past weekend.
I only watched the Freestlye finals. WOW!! They were amazing!!
Our (my family) all time favorite, Travis Pastrana, took gold. He had an amazing run!!
( I was in Qdoba yesterday watching it on the TV there. My husband told me I embarrassed him because I was yelling slightly too loud!  )
But the highlight was Travis doing a first ever!!!
Brian Deegan was the first to land the first ever backflip on a motorcycle.
Well...Travis is now the first to land the first ever double backflip!!

I'm trying to find a video of Travis's final run!! It was "sick"!!! As soon as I find it, I'll post it!!
He didn't even have to do a second run!! No one could beat his first run score!!

Ooh let me know if you find his final run that was awesome I'm more into the non-powered stuff but that's still very cool!

I was in Cape cod last week wed-sat and watched the events live on ESPN I agree it was flamin amazing I am now back home in the UK preparing for the Memorabilia show on the Weekend.
I was gutted Shawn White didnt land the 1080 that would have been sweet. Then came Friday me and my brother had settled down to watch Pastrana whilst opening our final boxes of sports cards for the holiday, I think we were both sweating as much as travis before his trick I honestly was worried for the bloke. Having riden Trails on my Trusty Beemer since a kid I buzz of this kind of stuff. When he landed inch perfect I celebraed as if my Beloved Walsall FC had just won the FA cup. I was amazing I cant get tired watching the clip WOW.

JUST A LITTLE PEEVED I CANT SEE IT IN THE UK !!!!! lol
