Can anyone PLEASE help me uplaod my own avatar (an animated gif file) to my profile at the Shack please? i've tried doing this ever since i oined, but to no avail. It simply doesnt want to let me upload my own url.. .grrrrrr  Cap'n

Rup, my problem was that my avatar was too large (in size & file size).  That could easily be the same problem you're having...

The avatar can be no larger than 100 x 100 pixels.
