In all the stress of trying to get my ebay hassles sorted out, I was desparate to actually talk to someone, rather than just getting heaps of automated response emails. I discovered Live Help, but as it was through the US site, they were unable to help with my billing issues. They assured me that there should be a live help link on the main ebay page....but its not. Its there on the US page, but not out Aussie page.
But....
Ive worked out how to find it, which will help any Aussies with ebay issues...
Click on "Sell", then click "sell in auction format" (ie, choose auction, not BIN). The next page will have a lovely Live Help button
Hope this helps out any others down under with ebay issues.
