In the new (X-Men on the cover) NSC magazine, there is a small bit of news in the upcoming
releases that states...
Art of the Lord of the Rings - October 2006     

Seems true...with new Sketch Cards !     
Announced under the radar on a few Message Boards...mmmmm...Start saving all!

Just remember... as with all rumored releases until there's an official release BY THE COMPANY it's just a rumor...

I'm just hoping that there will be subsets with Alan Lee, John Howe, and Hildebrant brothers artwork...  It would be nice if it was a December release... got to save $$$ if it does happen

You are soooooooooo on target...besides picking up a good number of GREAT artists from the Evolution Sketch Card series...I HOPE  ...your idea of Lee, Howe and the Hildebrant brothers would be UNBELIEVABLE...I'm hoping for a BLANK 'redemption' sketch card by individual artists...your choice of image/character....mmmmmmm...got my fingers crossed as they reach DEEP into my already EMPTY pockets!!!!
