I am pretty sure my C4 is black. How purple is the purple?
Hold your card in natural sunlight and tilt it. I thought mine was black, but when I tilted it and the light hit it right, the swatch was purple. There's something about velvet that looks dark from one angle, but the color pops through from another angle. |

Has anyone got a picture of the back of Cedric's jacket so we can match where it is from?
Its from the front of his jacket.  On the back of the jacket is his last name with a star below it in black, just like the tank-top.  |

I was wondering where yours fit in Thomas! I can also see that the two different yellow materials, that I had posted, must be from the jacket! The sleeves are different than the main torso. |

 Awesome book props!!!! And here, I thought just haveing some lettering on it was cool, but these blow me away. And wow, what an amazing Cedric variant . Way to go  The patch is just awesome As for Maxime, I held mine to light and tilted it. It looks more like a burgandy/brown to me, but my husband says it is purple...so I guess I can go with that And Anna, I love your Cedric wand too

Thanks Mike I never even thought of the badge on the front but that makes the card even better . And those books . I had assumed they were all plain. Now for me being me time. Has anyone got a picture of the front of Hermione's book so we can match the book swatches? I had thought this set was very thin on the ground when it came to variants but it seems they were just slow to appear. Keep 'em coming |

I've been searching for a picture of Hermione's book, but haven't found anything yet. The Leaky Cauldron site had a great picture gallery, but they've redone it and now it's terrible! There are still a ton of pictures, but it's very difficult to use. For instance, all of the GOF screencaps are in reverse order from the movie and you can advance only one page at a time. You can't skip ahead and if you select a picture, you can't go back to the page that had that thumbnail. It starts you back at page 1! It took me 20-30 minutes to advance to the last page (the beginning of the movie) and I couldn't stop to look at any picture because then I would have had to start all over again.
Anyway, that's a long-winded way of saying that I haven't been able to locate any good shots. We've seen so many different colors and variants that it's a bit hard to believe they all came from one book. We don't even know which one it could be. I went back to the GOF book and there's no mention of Hermione reading a book during that scene.
