Have any of you guys fallen into this game?

I just purchased a copy last night and am currently in the process of installing everything right now.  I'm pretty excited and just thought I'd see if anyone else plays/played?

I have to admit, I broke my personal promise to not get involved with online games with monthy fees.  However, I was able to pick up City of Heroes for 19.99$ with the first month included free, so I found a roundabout justification.

I played it for a little while - it seemed too static for me. I wanted more choice, more freedom. I wanted to go into buildings or talk to other people than the two or three per zone.

I'm totally addicted to Everquest II though so that sort of spoiled it for me. Even my 7 year old got bored after a while - though he kept his account for about 6 months ... (which was about 3 months longer than I played *lol*)
