Moral of story: Just because you've won, reread the listing, complied with sellers wishes............. Don't take it for granted you'll be in the clear. Especially if seller has several K positive feedback!!!!!

I completely agree I won a card that was an absolute steal, But he refused to send an invoice (with international postage), Totally blanked me knowing that with 2k pos. feedback he could take the hit!!

I got stiffed by a sport card seller who has feedback of over 13,000.  He currently has 164 negatives over the past year.  A lot of people, myself included, have reported him to eBay, but eBay won't do anything.  You can't trust the general feedback rating -- it's really important to look into the negatives, too.  I use a website called Toolhaus to check out negative feedback.
