Has anyone else noticed that shipping labels paid for and printed through PayPal are much smaller than they used to be?  I printed a label last week and another one today, and they are considerably smaller than normal.  I checked my computer settings and there's nothing that's reducing the size of the document.  I don't mind, since the new labels fit better on smaller packages, but I want to make sure that something isn't wrong with my computer or printer.

My labels are the same size as always. They take up the top half of an 8.5 x 11 sheet with the top being the label and the bottom the summary. I have printed about 100 labels in the last 30 days.

That's how mine used to print.  Now the actual label is approximately 3.25 inches wide by 5 inches tall. Undecided  Everything else I print is the correct size.

I just printed some shipping labels this morning and they're still the normal size.  I'm not sure what your problem can be. Undecided

Mine are the same, but I usually reduce them to 80% for the small packages.  They still work fine.

I emailed PayPal and they think it's a corrupted cookie.  I've deleted them from my computer and will see what happens when I print out the next label.  Thanks everyone!
