artbox vs. Cards Inc concern

Okay, question.  Artbox made the costume cards, right?  So why do I hear people telling me about the just released set of PoA trading cards by Cards Inc that have 72 cards and like 16 or foil cards.  I went to Cards Inc site and they don't show much except the same cards I got from Artbox.  Is this a different company?  Are these different cards?  The ones I just bought without a picture, the guys tell me it has the autograph, etc cards, but that they are a new 2004 set.  Then I emailed someone who bought them and she told me hers were by cards inc. Yet others told me they were the ones I was looking for (the hobby packs).  any clue?  Can someone help me to understand?
