I used to watch Absolutely Fabulous and knew Jennifer Saunders from that.  But there was nothing here in the US to make the connection to Dawn French.

Same here, I loved watching Ab Fab, but I wasn't aware of Dawn French's connection to Jennifer Saunders either.

If you ever watch another ep - it will say in the credits something like "Jennifer Saunders courtesy of French and Saunders" not that it makes a difference but it's just integral to how it works I'm not an Ab Fab fan tbh.

I hope Sykes doesn't need the money either, I hear the HP films don't pay so well - and there's a TONNE of British acting legends that haven't been in the HP films yet so I hope the 7th book has a lot of characters :rof:
