Well I opened some more this morning and here are some of the spoils.  The Bilbo is fantastic and the Saruman is also I don't know if a scan can do it justice.

No CC's, Cats or Kayanan's yet, but I still have a ways to go but won't have them for a few days.

I think the Saruman is from Joseph Booth, and the Orc is Dan Parsons.

Once again we have seen a vast range of styles and skill ranging from masterpiece to pony  Roll Eyes Half a dozen lines are not a sketch. I think Topps should have stuck with one per box and gone for quality rather than quantity  Sad

Well I just opened my 4 cases, and the very first box had a great 2 color version from Cynthia Cummens!!!  I also pulled a Kayana, but unfortunetly it is one of the 3 part sketches, but I am not complaining, someone will want it, as it is pretty cool looking by itself.  Overall I was pleased with the pulls.  I apologize if this is too big, I can take some out if needed.

I didn't get any boxes that had zero sketches.  I did have 2 boxes that had 3 sketches, and I had 1 pack that had 2 sketches, that one got my heart going, as I could see when I opened the pack from the back that there were two sketches, and I thought for sure Topps had blessed me with the Rapheal Kayanan 2 card sketch of the witch king on the fell beast Smiley  These boxes are definetly addicting, I need more cases!!!

I have to say that I have never been a huge fan of sketch cards.  Not that I don't like them, but I've never really pulled one and thus never had the excitement of seeing one fresh out of my own pack.  But just seeing some of these scans may convert me Shocked.  I entered the card collecting game a little late, having entirely missed all the LoTR releases (well with any reasonable prices that is).  But I am slowly convincing myself that maybe I shouldn't let this one pass me by.

But I must applaud everyone that has shown posted their scans so far.   Cheesy  They all look so great.  I think the best word to describe them is entirely unique.  I can't imagine the feeling of opening boxes and having no clue what the insert could look like!  Good luck to all those with boxes waiting to be torn apart.

First box I opened!!!! I am the happiest 19 year old kid on the planet right now!
About 90% sure it is Aragorn....but could it be Boromir?

By the way, The Gimli sketch is actually pretty nice! I agree with every single person who said they don't like the cartoonish sketches....but once you see them up close, they are really pretty nice!

7 more boxes to open after some errands...now I have to root for a Cat, Cummens, or Gould!

It's Aragorn... one of the few I'd trade the Leggy I pulled for...

That's gorgeous, now go open more boxes!

Ok, finished opening everything. Was able to make a complete Evolution A set, and am only missing 1 for the Evolution B set. Also made a full stained glass card set. I must say I was very blessed with this case. Not only did I have two HUGE pulls, but I also had 8 boxes with 2 sketches each. I must say, this is the first time I have REALLY REALLY enjoyed opening a set. well the rest is below.

I really need help finding out what artists did what...some of their signatures are definetly not possible to read. Oh yeah, lol, so what does everyone think the odds are on pulling 4 Dalla Veccha sketches and of the 4, 3 of them are Gimli?

JKM is Jake Myler
The T 05 is Tom Hodges
RAM is Rich Molinelli
The wizards?  It COULD be "Monte" for Monte Moore.  Regardless that's a very very nice sketch
Gutz 05 is Paul Gutierrez
Shum is Howard Shum
A Pros is Amy Pronovost
the Eye is Joe Corroney
Randy Martinez
David Fabbri

An EXCELLENT case breakdown with some gorgeous sketches (despite 3 of the exact same sketch).  I have a different Dalla Vecchia (Witch King) I'd trade Cheesy
